Sasine, dated 12th March 1735, granting a liferent annuity from the lands of Monachelbeg [Monachylebeg] and Wester Innernanty [Invernenty, between Inverlochlarig and Loch Voil] to Jean McFarland, wife of James McNab, late wadsetter of Kirktoun of Strathfillan; Sasine, dated 4th July 1738, Archibald McNab, eldest lawful son of James McNab of Blaireriach, regarding the purchase of Monnaceillbeg; Copy of Sasine dated 22nd November 1793, John McNab borrowed a sum of money from Major Robert Anderson of the Honourable East India Company Service, then residing in Durham; Instrument of Sasine of same lands and date; Disposition and Assignation by Robert Anderson to the tutors of the children of the deceased John McNab, late tacksman of Bartevourich, dated at Bath, 5th January 1804; Instrument of Sasine of same, dated 12th April 1804; Discharge and Renunciation by the Tutors in favour of Miss Ann Macnab, dated 27th November 1806.
In 1735, Donald McNee, Acturney (attorney), Alexander Ferguson, bailie, both in Monachelbeg, and William Duncan, notary public and writer in Crieff, Jean McFarland's annuity to come from the rents of Duncan Roy Murray and Duncan Ferguson in Monachelbeg, John Murray in Wester Innernanty, and Dougal Graham and Patrick McInnish in Wester Drumlich, part of Innernanty, subscribed at Killin, 15th January 1735, withnesses Robert Stewart of Monachelmore and James Campbell in Glencarnick, entered into the 21st volume of the New particular General Register of Sasines, pp256-257, on the 12th March 1735 by Patrick Duncan, writer in Perth. In 1738, Archibald McNab, procurator and attorney acting on behalf of his father James McNab of Blaireriach, Alexander Ferguson, bailie and tenant in Monnacheil beg , and Dugald Cameron, notary public, contract between Robert Stewart of Monnacheillbeg with consent of his eldest son and heir James Stewart, and James McNab, where Stewart sold Monnacheillbeg to James McNab, witnessed by Robert Stewart of Monnacheill More [same as Robert Stewart of Monnacheill beg?] and Duncan McMartine, son of Duncan McMartine jnr, Borland of Craig [east of Pitlochry, NO 151 609?], which lands were held by Robert Stewart in Feu ferme from John, late Duke of Atholl, granted 16th April 1719, entered into the New particular Register of Sasines for Perth, pp55-56, by James Stewart, writer in Perth, 4th July 1738. In 1793, John McNab WS gave as security for his loan to Major Robert Anderson HEICS the shadow or wester half and the sunny or easter half of the town and lands of Dollarbeg, with the muir of Dollarbeg, witnessed by Hugh Campbell, tacksman of Blairingone Coal and Robert Jamieson, writer in Alloa, dated 22nd November. Sasine of same date has Adam Turnbull, wright and builder in Broom croft, acting as Procurator and George Proud, tenant in Wester Dollarbeg acting as bailie for Major Anderson, transcribed by Alexander Murray Bartram, clerk to William Handyside WS, witnesses to the final document Hugh Campbell, tacksman, and Alexander Seton, gardener in Edinburgh, Notary Public Robert Jamieson, entered into the New General Register of Sasines, volume 526, pp47-53 by Andrew Steele, substitute keeper of the Register. In 1804 Robert Anderson received payment via Robert Graham WS redeeming the loan made against the lands of Dollarbeg and returned them to Elizabeth MacDougall, widow of John McNab WS [also spelt Macnab and McNabb in this text], Alexander Macnab tacksman of Inishewan, John Fletcher younger of Dunans, John McDougall of Ardencaple, Patrick MacDougall tacksman of Ardlarich, Donald MacDougall, lieutenant in the Royal Navy, William Stewart of Ardvorlich, and John McIntyre tacksman of Clonmakry, tutors to the children of John McNab tacksman of Bartevourich, reserving liferent for Mrs McNab, drafted by William Allester, clerk to Robert Graham WS and witnessed by John Williams, late captain in the HEICS and Samuel Avis, servant to Robert Anderson who signed each page. Sasine of same has Robert Graham acting as notary public, John McArbrea, schoolmaster in Dollar acting as Procurator on behalf of Mrs McNab, and Thomas Younger servant to William Haig of Dollarfield as bailie, witnessed by Henry Scotland, tenant at Aberdona and David Wilson, servant to William Haig, entered in the 628th book of the New General Register of Sasines, pp18-26 by Thomas Weir, substitute keeper of the Register. Discharge in favour of Miss Ann Macnab of Newton written by Hugh Ross, apprentice to Robert Graham WS, witnessed by Hugh McPherson, drover at Clenmackrie, Donald McIntyre schoolmaster at Stronwiller [Strontoiler/] in the Parish of Kilmore, and William Stewart at Ardvorlich, 3rd November 1806, Duncan Carmichael and Hugh McIntosh, both his servants, and by John Fletcher at Edinburgh on 19th November, and by Adam McCheyne, clerk to Robert Graham WS, and Robert Ross, recorded in the 773nd Book of the New General Register of Sasines pp151-165 by Thomas Weir.
